Mummy-friendly Halloween Treats

Eek! Halloween is tomorrow! No worries. No Fuss Fabulous has got mummies nationwide covered. Here are our top four kid-friendly (and maybe even more importantly mom-friendly) No Fuss Fabulous Halloween recipes.

1. Jell-O Jigglin’ Jack O’laterns

Prepare your favorite green or orange Jell-O. Firm in the refrigerator overnight. Cut Jell-O into small cubes. Next, cut the tops off of navel oranges and use a sharp spoon to carve out the insides of the orange (like a pumpkin, but smaller and much quicker)! Have your kids help you carve little jack o-latern faces into their individual oranges. Once finished, fill each orange with your Jell-O cubes and replace the orange top!
No Fuss Fabulous hint: Use sugar-free Jell-O and you have a perfect treat for children with Diabetes or any health-related sugar intake restriction.

2. Ghost Pears

Melt white chocolate in your slow cooker. Holding a pear by it’s stem, dip it into the melted white chocolate until you have a nice even coat of chocolate. Place chocolate-covered pear onto wax-paper. Place two choclate chips on the pear for eyes. Let harden and enjoy!

3. Rachael Ray’s Sausage Meatloaf Cupcakes with Creamy Potato Frosting

From the Queen of Quick, we take our pointy hats off for this adorable easy recipe. If anyone understands what No Fuss Fabulous is, it’s Rachael Ray. Hostess with the Mostess featured these recently on her blog and after making them, we just had to follow suit. Imagine your kids faces when you tell them that they are having cupcakes for dinner! The best part about these Meatloaf Cupcakes (besides being as cute as a newborn pumpkin costume) is that you can have them prepared in under 40 minutes. Click here for this spooktacular recipe! Thanks, Rachael. You have brought us back from the grave again!

4. Keebler Witch Hat Cookies

Last, but certainly not least, are these wickedly easy Keebler Witch Hat cookies via Woodhouse Family’s Favorite Recipes. Buy a package of Keebler Fudge Stripe Cookies and Hershey Chocolate Kisses. Put a drop of orange icing on the bottom of a Hershey Kiss. Stick it to the “chocolate iced” side of the cookie and you have a No Fuss Fabulous edible witch’s hat! Thanks Woohouse Family – you are completely No Fuss Fabulous in our book!
