Friends Forever

Earlier this week, I put my two cuties down for their afternoon naps and settled into my upstairs office to do a few hours of work. About half way through the hour, I heard giggling coming from the downstairs nursery. I went downstairs to hear what all the noise was about. I peeped into Miss V’s nursery only to witness Mr. E making faces and playing peek-a-boo with V through her crib. It was the cutest. They were both giggling hysterically. Mr. E had climbed out of his toddler bed, snuck out of his upstairs nursery, crept down the stairs (without me noticing), and went quietly to Miss V’s room in order to play with his “sleeping” sister. There was no way I could be mad at either of them for not napping. They just like being together so much. They really are two peas in a pod. They are the best thing that has ever happened to Lee and I. (Although, I am glad they have separate rooms. If they shared, I doubt either of them would get a wink of sleep…or me for that matter!)
