The Zoo – One of our Favorites!

There is nothing quite like a crisp winter morning trip to the Zoo. The kids and I love the Zoo. We are even members of the Zoo which has been very fun because you can go early on special days, as well as get great discounts. I highly recommend it to those with little ones. I am a firm believer that the way you treat animals and God’s other creations dictates how you treat each other. So we go to the zoo often and pet the animals and talk about how unique each one is. It’s very fun and very relaxing. I am a rusher. I like to do things quickly, but at the Zoo I take my time and I love it. I like to tell the kids about the animals in different countries and what they will see when we go to Africa. It’s fun. The above trip, Lee was able to come! The kids LOVED having him there and I loved not having to push the double stroller up the hills! As I’m typing this and looking at the photos, I realize I am convincing myself that we need to go to the Zoo tomorrow. If you are there, look for us. I am feeling like a Zoo weekend.
