A few weeks back, Sharnel Dollar contacted me to design a Mary Poppin’s collection for her daughter’s 7th Birthday! One of the greatest compliments I receive as an invitation designer and event stylist is when another event stylist I truly admire contacts me to design a paper collection for their personal event. These women have all the resources for fine custom paper – and when they contact me to do their daughter’s birthday, or their baby shower, or their parent’s 50th Anniversary – I always feel so honored. So after blushing for an hour, I whipped up a Jolly Holiday Collection for Ms. Sharnel’s adorable Olivia’s 7th – complete with invitations, rosette banners, striped straws and pennats, glass bottle labels, rosette cupcake toppers, favor tags, and buffet signs – and shipped it all to Australia. Below is just a peek of what Sharnel did with the items and the whole theme!
