My eighteen month old daughter has more headbands than should be legal. I admit it. I could be considered a major threat to professional headband collectors. Yet in my defense, the child has the most fabulous hair you have ever seen and to not put a headband in it would be a crime against bombshell motherhood worldwide. And there really is only a miniscule window of time when a mother can put bows as big as fists with pigtails on her little girl. I say, carpe diem!
Needless to say, her bow and headband collection have caused a great organization nightmare to present itself in my life. Luckily, Annie was going through a similar dilemma with her daughter. Not as extreme, but fairly close all the same which has forced us to be creative with our bow storage or as I like to call it ‘bow-age.’
Tomorrow we will show more great organization tips for bows and clips. Today, it’s all headbands.
To create this unique, inexpensive, no fuss headband holder and display, simply follow the directions outlined in yesterday’s post, Cute Inexpensive Storage, using an oatmeal tub and scrapbook paper that matches your child’s bedroom and bathroom decor.
