Martha’s No Fuss Parchment Paper Wrappers

parchment-paper-wrapper-nff Martha Stewart is the Queen of Fuss. I LOVE HER!!!!!!! She is absolutely amazing. If Scottie could beam me up right this moment and transport me into her body I wouldn’t even flinch. I would just relish to be inside her brain and see how her mind works!! That being said, a lot of her recipes make me tired just looking at them. Maybe it’s being a mom of two toddlers, but I get tired easily and any drink that requires a cheesecloth to make seems beyond my mental capacity…at least until potty training is over. She’s fussy and I personally love a little fuss (ironic isn’t?)… but once in awhile when Martha pulls out a truly easy No Fuss idea, I nearly forget that I’m potty trained! And I bow down and worship her and then share it with everyone. In fact, I think that’s what No Fuss Fabulous is really about – Martha ideas made easy. (Remember my Martha’s Spiderweb Cheesecake No Fuss Style. Yes, that’s what I’m talking about. Martha made just a little easier.)

So without further ado, here is a simply fabulous idea of Martha’s that I found in her magazine this month that I just had to share. Parchment Paper Wrappers are perfect for when you run out of cupcake liners or if you want to add a fresh festiveness to your muffins.

Here’s how Martha tells us to do it:
Cut 5 inch square pieces of parchment.
Spray muffin tin with cooking spray to hold parchment in place.
Place 1 piece of parchment into 1 cup of the tin, pressing along folds to crease.
Repeat with other cups and parchment pieces.
Scoop batter into cups, and bake.

Tie a few bows around them and they will be absolutely unforgettable!
