Cancellation, Refund, and Return Policy

Cancellations

We have a limited cancellation window due to being a small "print-on-demand" shop.    If your order has already been processed, we unfortunately cannot cancel or refund your order.  

Refunds & Returns 

We accept returns when there is a mistake found on personalized items that were correctly inputted by you (the client) on the original order.

As of 2020, we no longer accept returns of any other type due to being a print on demand shop.
